报告人简介：
张伟，华中师范大学公共管理学院副教授、硕士生导师；华中师范大学桂子青年学者。哈尔滨工业大学管理科学与工程专业博士，美国University of Missouri, Kansas City联合培养博士；上海交通大学安泰经济与管理学院博士后。Creativity Research Journal执行编辑，IEEE国际技术与工程管理协会技术委员会委员，Complexity客座主编、Discrete Dynamics in Nature and Society客座主编、The Scientific World Journal客座主编，同时担任Journal of Management、Human Resource Management、Journal of Product Innovation Management、Technovation、R&D Management、Journal of Knowledge Management等十余本SSCI/SCI检索期刊编委或特约审稿人。
研究方向为：技术创新与知识管理，组织行为与绿色管理等。现已在IEEE transactions on Engineering Management、Journal of Information Science、Group Dynamics: Theory, Research, and Practice、Entrepreneurship Research Journal、Creativity Research Journal、Creativity and Innovation Management、Research in Transportation Business & Management、Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing、European Journal of Innovation Management 、International Journal of Manpower、Journal of Cleaner Production、Journal of the Franklin Institute、Social Behavior and personality、Science of the Total Environment、International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health 、管理世界、科研管理、运筹与管理、研究与发展管理，以及科学学与科学技术管理等国际或国内权威期刊上发表学术论文40余篇，其中SCI/SSCI检索学术期刊33篇。先后主持国家自然科学基金、教育部人文社会科学研究项目、中国博士后科学基金、湖北省技术创新专项（软科学研究类）等数项省部级及以上课题。
