6月26日至27日，经济管理学院于图书馆（东馆）第一会议室举办第118期黄岛商科讲坛。本次讲坛邀请到新加坡国立大学洪明华教授，针对绿色经济的前沿问题进行了系统分享。本论坛由副校长周鹏教授主持，学院部分教师及硕博士研究生参加。

洪明华教授为期两天的绿色经济系列报告，首先基于气候变化和二氧化碳排放间的关联性分析阐释为什么要进行能源转型，接着分析当前能源转型的特点和主要途径，指出能源转型面临的机遇与挑战；进一步，聚焦于能源效率提升问题，讲解能源效率测度的理论、方法与应用，以及其中蕴藏的科研挑战；聚焦于气候信息披露问题，介绍相关信息披露的国际标准和应用情况，剖析不同类型企业的主要碳排放核算范围，解读企业气候信息披露行为背后的动机与阻碍。洪明华教授讲授的内容十分丰富，形式深入浅出，充分体现了能源与环境经济领域相关研究的背景与前沿。报告期间，洪教授还安排了师生交流互动环节，对老师和同学们存在的疑问进行了详细解答，洪教授严谨精进的治学态度和无私授教的敬业精神获得在场师生的高度好评，本次论坛获得圆满成功。
Professor Ang is Emeritus Professor in the Department of Industrial Systems Engineering and Management (ISEM) of the National University of Singapore (NUS) where he has previously served as Head of the ISEM Department and Executive Director of the Energy Studies Institute. He has over four decades of experience in teaching, research and consulting in energy and sustainability. He is best known for his pioneering work in the LMDI decomposition technique, and has consistently been named a highly cited researcher by Clarivate Analytics and in the Stanford-Elsevier list of the world’s most cited scholars. He is a Co-Editor of Energy Economics, and a member of the editorial boards of Energy Policy, Energy, Economics of Disasters and Climate Change, Journal of Urban Technology, and Urbanization, Sustainability and Society
