6月6日，经济管理学院于文理楼580会议室举办第116期黄岛商科讲坛，本次讲坛邀请到新加坡国立大学黄灿胜教授，做题为“RES-OPT: Resilience Optimization Framework for Network Fortification”的报告。本论坛由张明明教授主持，学院部分教师及硕博士研究生参加。

本报告以网络封锁和防御模型在现实生活中的实际应用为背景，提出利用系统弹性标准来评估防御不确定的能力，并对该标准进行优化提升，构建RES-OPT模型。黄教授借助中国南方区域输电线路数值为例，详细介绍了RES-OPT模型的具体应用。最后，报告进入互动环节，黄教授针对老师和同学们在研究中存在的疑问进行了详细的解答，本次讲座取得圆满成功。
Adam Ng Tsan Shengis anAssociate Professor and Deputy Head with the Dept of Industrial and SystemsEngineering Management, National University of Singapore (NUS). He obtained his PhD in Industrial and SystemsEngineering, 2005 and Beng in Electrical (Hons 1stClass), 2000 fromthe National University of Singapore. His research interests are broadly insystems modelling andoperations researchapplications in energy sustainability and resilience. These include developingrisk and resilience performance metrics that for decision making underuncertainty in environmental and energy economic problems that can beimplemented using optimization solvers. Other contributions include developingcomputational models for optimizing and planning of energy systems underuncertainty, such as waste-to-energy systems. He has led industrial and research projects involving natural gasnetwork planning, robust optimization modelling, environmental and energysustainability, and future resilience systems. He has published widely injournals such as Production and Operations Management, Transportation Science,Transportation Research, IISE Transactions, Energy Economics, European Journalof Operations Research, etc. He is also an associate editor for the Journal ofSimulation, and an editorial board member of the International Journal ofAutomation and Logistics.
